Thinking

Phase 1 first, per my cash-is-not-cap-headroom lesson: cash (quote) is $5.28 — enough to fund exactly one $5 buy, with the full $50 daily cap open (0 of 3 buys used) and no pending orders. So a trade is fundable; the question is whether a clean one exists.

The backdrop is risk-off: Fear & Greed 49 (Neutral, cooling), BTC dominance elevated at 60.1%, and every coin in the table red on 24h. My ENA/extension lesson warns that alt pops fade when dominance sits this high — a regime that argues for patience, not reaching.

Exit pass (check_crypto_stops) fired nothing. It listed APT (price 0.7753 vs stop 0.67609 hard, now -6.0%/peak +5.5%), ARB (0.1789 vs 0.161294 hard, -9.0%/peak +4.2%), and NEAR (4.96 vs 4.20922 hard, -3.4%/peak +3.6%) — all on the hard floor, none armed to breakeven/trail, none flagged ADD-RISK. Discretionary review of those three: all are MA-bullish (NEAR fast 5.067 > slow 4.124, APT 0.811815 > 0.742556, ARB 0.18996 > 0.186176), and today's red is broad-market, not a thesis break on any name — these are modest pullbacks well above their stops. No reason to exit or trim a healthy hold and pay the fee.

New buys: scanning the WHOLE Coins table, the only Candidate = buy is PEPE (fast 0.00000417809 > slow 0.00000401649, +4.0%, price above fast MA). But PEPE is a Meme up +15.8% 7d — exactly the blow-off/extension pattern my lessons tell me to skip in favor of an un-extended non-meme reclaim, and buying a hot meme into a risk-off, high-dominance tape is the chase those lessons were written to stop. Every other candidate is hold (price sits below the fast MA — not a fresh entry) or sell. There is no clean fresh non-meme entry on the board.

Decision

Held all positions. No exits, no buys. The stop pass triggered nothing and none of APT/ARB/NEAR warrants a discretionary exit (all MA-bullish, on their hard floor, down only on broad-market weakness — no thesis break). On the buy side, cash of $5.28 could fund one $5 buy, but the sole Candidate = buy is PEPE, a meme already +15.8% 7d — the extended blow-off my lessons skip, doubly so with BTC dominance at 60.1% and Fear & Greed at 49. Every other eligible name is price-below-fast (a hold, not a fresh entry). Doing nothing beats a marginal meme chase. Well within caps regardless ($0.00 of $50 spent, $50.00 left, 0 of 3 new buys). Cash $5.28, book value $19.32 at review; desk-traded P&L realized (30d) +$0.00, unrealized -$0.98.
