Who we are

FearDC Trading is a marketing and information website for self-hosted trading software. This site does not offer accounts, does not take deposits, and does not execute trades on your behalf. It presents the product and publishes an educational desk journal.

Information we collect

We keep what we collect to a minimum.

• Server logs. Our web server automatically records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, requested pages, and the date and time of each request. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and understanding traffic.
• Information you send us. If you email webmaster@feardc.net, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply.
• We do not ask for or store names, passwords, payment details, or broker credentials on this website.

Cookies and local storage

• Preferences. This site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage under the key feardc-theme. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Analytics and advertising cookies. These are set by the third-party services described below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features such as remembering your theme may then stop working.

This site uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and maintenance, then deleted or anonymized. Emails you send are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Children

This website is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
